Do you represent any lenders?

ACG does not act as an exclusive banker or correspondent for any financial sources.  In the majority of our engagements, we are working on behalf of the borrower as an independent third party.  If ACG represents a specific lender in a transaction, this fact will always be disclosed at the outset of any discussion with the potential borrower.
